    Good plan Cinny.

I've just realised the squash I drink all day long is 93 calories per diluted glass and 22g of sugar - I've already had 5 this morning!!! Hate the taste of water, so going to try to get some sugar free squash and some diet coke for a 'sugar' hit at lunchtime.

I don't want to keep harping on about it but cutting out the carby stuff probably will make your skin better; it made my skin and hair look much better and I felt great because I slept like a log for some reason (probably no sugar dips in the middle of the night waking me up!)

Are you using the scales on floorboards or tiles Dinah? Mine will say I'm 4st then go all error-y if I use them on carpet but the real horrific truth is shown when they're on the tiled floor!

Hmm, well you may have to go the Boots route too then! At least then you can get your body fat % too (scary!).

I'll look into the carby thing Birdie, but all our meals at home are based on the classic meat and two veg, and the first of the veg is always tators! Just noticed all i've had today is a coffee this morning, best go have my dinner before I loose my tummy cushion.

Oh no I never equated tatoes to carbs! I though jacket spuds were a vague idea of healthy?!

I'm already meant to be on a diet so I'd like to join in with this challenge too!

I, Zig, am going to make a concerted effort to loose 14llbs by September 30th 2009. Being of sound mind and slightly squishier than desired body I understand that this is only 1 1/4 llbs a week, and therefore I can still have the occassional treat, but chocolate is no longer acceptable as the first thing to pass my lips on a morning.

I have a box of Thorntons sat in my room that I bought when they were on offer. Argh temptation!

Birdie I love that wedding dress!

Get some mates out and get them out to share - they think you're generous and you can have one or two without guilt and not have to have them eyeballing you all evening until you crack.

Lol no not really! I can't stand mayo for a really ridiculous reason - I always freak out I'm eating chicken feotus! Can't stand any egg that looks like or in any way resembles egg for that reason, can only cope with it in things ie cakes, bases for sauces etc.
