Sorry to hear you had such a rubbish day Lara, hope you're feeling OK now? That sucks about the scholarship; lets hope there's some good news heading your way, like they say, when God closes a door, he opens a window! Sometimes it feels like he takes his sweet time opening said window though!
Should I feel somewhat left out that NIM quoted nearly everyone but me in his mega post?!
Happy, I was going to have a play on excel and mock something up for you but it turns out it isn't installed on my laptop anymore, when I was 'making room' on my hard drive last (i.e. deleting everything that didn't look like The Sims or itunes!) I must have accidentally wiped it off! D'oh! Anyway, I think Roomontheend said she is a teacher in this stuff (??? Am I right? Not sure! Check back a few pages to yesterday!) so she might be able to help! There may be something on that online course that'll help too, it has quite a bit about formulas, you just have to get through the basics first!
And I agree with TPA, although it does kind of ruin our fun!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
I had a bad day at work as well, been such a hectic week. have told them am leaving half five on the dot tomorrow as best mates coming up and we are off out, got friday off too so long weekend can't wait.
I bought a blow up bed today but my pump wont stay in the hole to blow it up and oh won't help me as his beloved arsenal are playing. I did just write him a bill though as i have paid for holiday and i also pay my sister for both our rent and he pays me back as i get paid first. Not sure he is too impressed by the bill hehe0 -

Amen to that Birdie, I had no chance in hell of getting onto the solicitor training course in Ireland cause of the recession so now I'm here with the love of my life.Should I feel somewhat left out that NIM quoted nearly everyone but me in his mega post?!
Nope, just didnt think you said anything that could score me points with D, needed sympathy or mocking. Whereas here I have to address what you said so you get your own entire mini megapostHappy, I was going to have a play on excel and mock something up for you but it turns out it isn't installed on my laptop anymore, when I was 'making room' on my hard drive last (i.e. deleting everything that didn't look like The Sims or itunes!) On the subject of selling on ebay and is it worth it. A wise Philosopher once said and I quote every pound is a pound off your debt and saving on the interest you would pay on that pound. I believe the philosopher was called Dinah.Total debt Feb 2012 = £54354.11 😳
😁Debt Free and you can do it too0 -
Have had a good hump and eaten lots of chocolate rice crispie buns. Feeling a bit better now. Funny how watching embarrassing bodies puts things into perspective, LOL!
Also I think we saw 2 whole wedding venues we could afford today - yippee! (Both out of London I reckon think that's okay). Thanks for all the kind words. :cool2::A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0 -
Lara I think you and I have VERY different meanings for the word hump, or am I just that warped and twisted? This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0
