Dinah - Don't say that! OH keeps talking about getting engaged and says how there's an extra surprise to Kent, I know he'll be the guy I'll marry, but there's something about teenage engagements that are so cringey and false to me.
I had to comment on this! I'm 20, and my OH is 24. I'd love to get engaged, but I've told my OH, he can't do it until I've left uni cuz I agree with you Cinny, it seems weird!
I know a fair few people my age who are engaged, and it just seems not right cuz they're gonna be engaged forever. Saying that though, I do know one couple my age who got married when they were 18. Everyone thought it was very strange!Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675Lose 21lb : 0/21

When I went to uni 4 out of the 6 girls in the flat above me were engaged on arrival or within 4 months, within 2 years 3 of them had broken up, one had gotten married (while still at uni) and they got divorced within the final term at uni!!!!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Can you imagine being a divorcee by the time you're 21?! Mental. :rotfl:
Personally, I can't wait to have an easier surname when I get married, cuz I have one that you have spell automatically as you say it.

Is Sims3 good? Not really heard much talk about it.Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0

I looooved sims2! I'd be seriously tempted to get Sims3 if I had a better laptop. I might dooyoo until I have enough in vouchers so it's 'free' then get my brothers old laptop out of the attic and just have a Sims laptop. That would be sad, wouldn't it?0

I did! But I edited the first bit of my post and deleted it by accident. But my Wife and Hubby sims were rubbish, I think my brother went on once and made my man sim fall in love with the guy next door. I was not impressed and my lady sim got depressed (and burnt more ready meals)
Just looked on the order for my cardies and it says 'If you have paid for your order with a credit or debit card then we will process your payment in two stages. First we will charge your card with the full price of the order then we will refund your card with the value of the discount.' So that will explain the £12 odd! Phew!0 -
