Wow yeah Cinny, I noticed on the Sunday market in Newcastle the other week there was a stall selling cupcakes much like yours. I don't think they were cheap and they were completely cleaned out!! Something to look into!
I'd say Bailey too.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Yep, that's the one Tete! Sounds like you're going to have a lovely time.
I'll have a look at the up your income challenges properly tomorrow Dinah, my problem is I'm far too lazy! Good idea about selling the cupcakes at fairs ect, The WI do a few fairs and were interested in my baking last year so I'll have to contact them again.0 -

Did I say lazy?! I meant full of energy, must of been a typo..
OH is at work all day tomorrow so I'll look into it then. Price everything up and see how much they cost each to make. I could make teeny tiny ones for 'samples' too. Just looked online and I can get 'takeaway' boxes for about 99p each, or single boxes for 40p. Ooh, excited now! Best get out my best doilies.0 -
When anyone has a birthday at work they have to bring in the cakes. Now I make my own, and a couple of people go to Sainsbury's but most people order them from a lady in town, she makes amazingly light cakes and charges £7.50 a cake for lemon or victoria sponge or chocolate, and £15-£45 for a themed birthday cake. I would have thought you'd enjoy doing something like that?Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
