Yey Flower! Welcome to the real world of Life After Uni - it sucks - sign up for a post grad course while you still can!
Here Here! / Hear Hear! (Which IS it?!) - congratulations though!! And enjoy the lovely free time!!
Cinny, loving your references to the Angry Rabbit and emergency Mickey Mouse earsDO be careful though, I know you will be! Actually, will you even be able to get 0% with no credit history?
Hope NIM's first day went OK! I know what you mean Dinah I fancy OH rotten in his white work shirt and tie, maybe it's because he looks all authoritative!
Right I'm off to see Granny and have a to-do list as long as my arm, annoying as I've been twiddling my thumbs all day here  - have a good night all! xWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Hey Dinah, glad you had a fun time with NIM, and really great news about the extra cash. Cinny hols sound exciting! And Tete it must be only a few weeks until you go?! Cool.
Flower CONGRATULATIONS!!! Well done you. I hope you are going to buy the most mahusive tub of Ben and Jerrys' plus guilty pleasures films to watch tonight?
I have been having a giant spring clean this weekend. I went to Ikea and got some nice fabric for blinds, plus two new lampshades, a new rug and a few bits and bobs. Not too big a splurge at £43. I have been scrubbing and mopping and washing everything. Very boring really. x x:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0 -

Lara, that sounds very productive! And very impressive that you escaped Ikea relatively unscathed - I don't think I've ever come out less than £100 poorer, but I go so rarely I tend to wait until I have lots of things I need to buy.
Good news about the PPI, Happy! Hopefully it will be inspiring to people who are having a major pain with their claims, like Pilchard (I think?).
Well done on finishing your exams Flower! That's so exciting! How do you think you did? I second, or even 'third' Dinah's suggestion of doing a postgrad! xLBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -
I have seriously been considering the idea of a postgrad course. I signed up as a student with 'interest' and they sent me loads of stuff a few days ago.
Other than that to think about i am just going try some temping. Until we decide when the big move will be. I have decided though, i have a part time job but i am going to make money making a full time thing, if you see what i mean? So when im not at work i will be dooyoo-ing, MS, surveys etc...Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -

Well if I can't OH will be able too! Just thought we'd swing it my way first, see if I can get anything to start my rating. I mean, If we're wanting to move in together within the next few years I've got to start somewhere!
Lara - I second what Poddle said, sounds like you've had a really productive day! Sounds like you got loads for your pence too.
Right, off to look at credit cards, wish me luck!0 -

Been slacking on globaltestmarket, will have to get back to speed with that tonight.
Evening everyone
Hope you're all ok? Cinny, how are you getting on with globaltestmarket? I used to do them and had a cheque once but then the website crashed and now I can't get back on. I keep emailing them for my password etc but never hear anything back. Shame really cos I actually stuck to that.
I've been doing a lot of surveys with TNS recently for the nectar points but now they've changed the system so you can get amazon vouchers and capital bonds too. Has anyone got Capital Bonds cos I'm thinking of redeeming for them instead of nectar points.
Anyway have a good eveing and Dinah and NIM, I'm glad you had a good time and hope NIM's first day went ok xxLet's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:Virgin CC £9793.710
