Let me know what the wii active is like, have heard it is good.

At least you put some vouchers towards it!

20 mins in and it's good, half k**led me but great lol. I am very unfit. I have been reading up and you can customise your work outs so that looks good and I'm looking forward to playing against someone which you can't do on the wiifit.

Oooohh, a wii-active sounds like fun. Enjoy it. We've got the wii and never play it now, but I feel like getting it out now!
Just in case you don't know, I read somewhere else Ebay have free listings just now.
Oh, and well done, I think your loan has reduced again since I was last on.

The wii active is fun. I did another 20 minutes this morning, so that was good.
I do feel guilty about buying it but it was offset wit vouchers for some of it so not all bad.

I have placed a matched bet this afternoon for hopefully a free £50 bet that I can then play through. I'm hoping to gain £25 from it as profit.

Thanks Primula I have 11 items ready on turbolister waiting to be uploaded tonight. Nothing of any value but it might all help.

My loan is so close to the half way mark, I just want to pay it off, but can't leave myself with no money as that didn;t get me anywhere last time.

Guess what's roasting in the oven for later ;)

Blimey you read all that! Thankyou for hanging in there. I hope it helps you. Though it's much more fun saving for a deposit than paying off debt lol. I want to be where you are very soon but not the house deposit. I want my emergency six months wages all tucked away somewhere before I can start hitting the mortgage with a venegeance. As well as doing up the house. It's never ending when you think about it
  • It has been so much fun saving since February and considering how I was, just 3 and a half years ago, with money I think I'm doing alright now! My car is going to need replacing in the next year or so and when I restart the virtual savings pots challenge on payday (28th) I am going to use that as my car replacement fund.
Once I have my little house or flat, which ever it may be, my next step will to be a MFW!! So I think I will be on these forums for years to come. The way you have managed to reduce your loan - I hope I have your determination when I finally get a mortgage and want to start paying it off early :)

Don't feel guilty about the wii active, we all need pleasures and to be honest you could be spending on a lot worse - out clubbing every night for example! hee hee. Seriously, just enjoy it, you've done so well, you do deserve it.

As for reaching the half way mark on your loan, going by past experiences, you'll be there in no time.

Gosh, I am having difficulty guessing what you had for tea?! It wouldn't be a yummy piece of pork by any chance?!

Yummy pork lol yes, and we're not sick of it yet! Still loads to go through. I'm going to attempt a chicken rissoto tonight, my first time at cookng one. More importantly though the meal plan is working so far. The freezer is still full so this weeks shop may be even less.

I gave dd1 £10 to take to her friends for shopping at the weekend and he forgot to take it so gave it back to me (she's good). I've wacked that straight off the loan this morning. (Loan is more important than her wasting it on crap at the mo).

I think I'm stuck in today as DD2 decided yesterday that she would actually like to try the potty and this morning she's been doing really well so I don't want to upset the apple cart by putting a nappy on her whilst she's happy without one.

Have a free bet to use today but struggling to find some good odds to get me some profit on it. I'll keep looking later.

Potty training has been going well today, a couple of accidents but she fell asleep with no nappy on and stayed dry which was good. I was so worried lol. The accidents happened when she woke up so hugely forgiveable.

Hows this for organised? I have gotten the meat out for tomorrows dinner (pork lol) before I've even cooked tonights dinner. I'm scaring myself.
