Is this actually still going?

I've recently sent a 'test' phone off in an envelope I had, but since Tesco's weren't pushing it any more I had assumed that they had knocked this one on the head.

However, the phone I had was worth nothing via any other route so I thought I'd give it a go.

So I am waiting for my next clubcard statement.

I'm sure the company behind this also does their Printer cartridge recycling and that is still active

excellent - clear instructions and much better deal providing you are a Tesco user! the other sites tend to offer more cash but hidden clauses and often worth much less (some charge handling fees or the offers change from those advertised for example mobiles2cash site is a con I think!)

Tescomobilerecycle site now says
"The Service is offered by Greener Solutions Limited (GSL) on behalf of Tesco."

Do you get clubcard vouchers for recycling with Tesco? I.E the same ones you get for collecting clubcard points?

I sent my nokia 6500 slide to them at the beginning of this month and have still not had confirmation or credit for my phone.

They have not replied to my emails either

Hey ya, just updating you on my progress....

Finally 2 weeks after i initially complained i finally got a reply to my email!! They said that they did get the phone and apologised for me not getting a confirmation email. They said it was in my spam (it wasn't i empty that folder everyday)
They said my voucher is on its way to me. Well today (2 weeks later) i finally received my vouchers for the full amount.

They say that payment will be sent 72 hours after phone accepted. The whole turnaround has been well over a month! I just hope tesco haven't treated anyone else like this?

Had similar experience and over three weeks on still no voucher.

I sent my Nokia N95 via Special Delivery - they acknowledged receipt 8 days after it was signed for, I was told I would receive my gift card within 14 days (up last Thursday), rang them today & they said "oh it must have got lost in the post, we'll send another Special Delivery"...asked them to check when it was sent & call me back - still waiting 2 hours later.

I would not bother with them - the benefits are far outweighed by the poor service.

No, 200 green pints & a giftcard for Tesco.
