Orange and E2Save Cancelling Offpeak Tarriff Orders

Have you actually got the phone or are you awaiting delivery? If you have the phone and it has been less than 7 days since you received it, you can return the phone back to them under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you want/like the phone and took it up as part of a cashback deal then stay with it, otherwise return the phone (assuming you have had it for less than 7days), else your stuck with it for 12 months.rrwfotr wrote:Yep I ordered mine last week 6230i nokia 1000mins off peak. Can they cancel /change the contact now I've signed up for the 12months.....
Being discontinued means that it is no longer available for new customers. Customers already on that tariff will still be charged the rates on that tariff before it was discontinued.0 -
Cant get through on the telephone, sent me a nice email reply telling me the queue was only about 20 mins average!!! Like i'm going to hold!!
Didnt get the phone, was held in the 'awaiting stock' Q for a week.
See what they offer instead, if i ever get through......Is the glass half full, or half empty??0 -

What Joy!!
But why is this still in the orange website?:
http://www.orange.co.uk/service_plans/paymonthly/offpeak_costs.html
EDIT: But I see that you can't select the off peak tariff when buying a phone from the Orange shop.
What is up with Orange these days? The whole point of the website is to provide up to date information  - its just confusing now0 -
i know its not e2save but i ordered a k750i at the same time from osps (same company) and mine arrived today 2 weeks after i ordered phone is immaculate with memory card, all accessories and in car charger
cheers to the original poster, no sign of my e2save one yet and not even a phone call/email0 -
Finally got through to CS, as with other posters, mentioned Orange restructuring tariffs. Told me to look back in about a week to see whats on offer.
Couldnt get anywhere near the 12 month line rental with a D500. Anyone know where i can get one??

Yep - same here, though a couple of blemishes on the phone. Still "awaiting stock" with e2save, but not holding my breath...ms01ma wrote:i know its not e2save but i ordered a k750i at the same time from osps (same company) and mine arrived today 2 weeks after i ordered phone is immaculate with memory card, all accessories and in car charger
