So that';s nearly 10% furrychimp, well done!!!! :money: The end may not be in sight, but the start line is fading fast (ooh, I like that, think I'll use it again!!!!)A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

My good news is that i decided it was time to make a start on decorating the house. We have lived here a year and only the kids rooms are finished, now i would leave it if that where possible but it just isn't. The walls are in a terrible state , the bathroom is bright orange and the whole house is badlt painted in orange, pink and dark navy blue, its just horredous and even the kids are a bit embrassed.
So i decided that it was time to make a start and for as cheap as possible.
When we first moved in and i was off looking at wallpaper i saw a beautiful designer one for the hall but at over £15 a roll i just could not afford it, and since my LB moment i definitely could not afford it.
However i went into to see what offers they had on and my much loved wallpaper was reduced to less than half price, plus there was an extra 20% off, so instead of over £15 a roll we paid just over £6 a roll:j
So this week i will be spending some time putting it up which will keep me from spending elsewhere, make me feel like i have done something worthwhile, it will make the kids happy and most of all this home will finally begin to feel like ours.Success means having to worry about every thing in the world......EXCEPT MONEY. My lovely mum, who has been an absolute rock since my lightbulb moment, has paid for us both to go on a much needed holiday to Turkey the 2nd week in July!! DFW style of course - self catering & booked via Quidco!! Cannot wait as in much need of a rest to avoid insanity setting in!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Well good lottery related news from me. Finally won £10 for myself last Wednesday and on the same night the group of us from work (£1 every 4 weeks rather than a proper syndicate) got 4 number! So £12.50 just for me from that! So £22.50 in total - yippee!Official DFW Nerd Club #20  Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts
