Chuffed for you lynz, you must be in brilliant mood!
I didn't actually speak to anyone- just had a payment today for the exact amount I was asking for with the reference "ADJ.COMMISSION" To be honest I don't mind not speaking to anyone about it- despite the fact that they effectively stole my money I don't enjoy making a fuss! I've actually managed to get my work to pay for me to have assertiveness training in a few weeks.. But I digress.
Hooray for MSE! :T0 -
The moneys not there, Im guessing it will take a few days? What do you reckon?
Just i want to send a cheque off for some library arrears ( £33 ) but dont want this to overlap really... Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Hmm, probably better to wait till it's definitely there.. They should be able to pay it in instantly so if it's not there within a couple of days I'd give them a ring.0

I've been asked to do an extra afternoon at work from next week, which with other overtime should be an extra £200 a month for June and July paypackets! I WILL get that Virgin card cleared by the summer.....0

Believe me, co-op are having a far from bad day. Being forced to repay the money they stole is hardly bad, but what about all the interest it made them after they stole it?
Don't ever feel sorry for a bank! Even co-op!0 -

lol thanks
I must admit though, the solicitor that's dealing with my case is getting a slating at the moment. She got wrong the dates of my claim, and err, also the name of the bank I'm suing.
Not the brightest spark in the engine bless her :-\0 -
DD has got a job :j :j :j
She was made redundant last October (illegally so she did get a payout which she's been living on, together with her benefits).
I know it doesn't sound like good news for me but I think she was just getting to the point when we would have to start paying her rent to avoid her going into debt.0 -
I just found out today that I've got a new job on far better money than now which will really help me pa my debts off!0
