With the free line installation offer, can you add on the broadband?
Therefore pay £26.90 a month (£11.25 and £15.65) and get broadband; free weekend calls; free connection.
Thanks, Chris0 -
hmm, mysteriously I have had the deposit refunded now - no fanfare, it just 'appeared' back in my bank account? Ah well thank goodness that's over!
Actually it wasn't the refund I'd spotted (*must read statements properly :money: & not skim!*), as a cheque has arrived today.0 -
Sorry to hear that. This is a special offer but if you supply me with a contact number I will get back to you and get you through to the right department to place the order.
Regards,
David

I just received a letter today from BT confirming my order. However on examination it lists the contract length as 12 months and the connection charge as £122.50 which is funny as the person I placed the order with verbally confirmed that it was the "free" reconnection offer.0

Tried PM'ing the rep but their inbox is full.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

Thanks Heinz. PM sent. Hopefully this will be sorted out soon.0

Not heard back from the BT rep as yet. Does anyone have a contact number for the right BT department so I can get this sorted out.
Thanks.0
