    We have helped several people get a refund. Those who have NOT received a refund we have asked Chris to provide tracking/proof of the refund... The cases are not closed with us until we have confirmation of the order being resolved.

    For people who have placed new orders, It would be good to get feedback in a few days that your order did infact arrive.

    The site has processed in 2 years about 19,000 transactions from waht I have found out, so there is a very good chance you should see your products..

    Thanks Matt, I have heard back from Chris who says I should be getting my refund within 3-5 days. I will keep you informed.

    But whether everyone eventually receives their refunds or not is irrelevant, there is no reason for him to be having to issue so many refunds, its clearly a scam and the more people who recieve the same generic emails stating the same excuse the more it proves it!

    The money i had set aside to buy my mums present has been taken by the perfume emporium so unfortunatly my only option is to wait about three months for my refund while he makes interest on mine and everyone else money....i dont understand how he is still trading.

    That type of ruling would need to come from someone with legal authority to make a decision or take action.

    All we can do as the host is work as per our terms of service, obviously if any case is not dealt with then we would have grounds to terminate the customer from our network, but as it stands each and every case is being handled or has already been handled when we take it to our client for investigation.

    I know, I'm not suggesting its your responsibility you can only do what you can and you seem to be doing a great job at getting peoples refunds back to them, but surely the question that should be asked is why is noone getting their goods and therefore needing refunds?!

    I buy things on the net all the time, I hardly ever buy on the high street and I've never heard of such a situation. Nothings been lost in the post and when I've required a refund I've got it within a couple of days. I dont see why people should be chasing this man on a daily basis for what belongs to them and then having to check with their bank...madness!!

    And they are experiencing problems with their helpdesk so responses may be delayed.........wonder why that is then?!

    I agree.

    I did question the store about the number of complaints, trading standards had been in touch with them and just advised them to adjust their terms and conditions to explain that refunds will take 30 days and such...

  • Well it looks like i'm another one. I have just emailed to tell them that i havn't received my parcel. Looks like i may of kissed £73 goodbye.
    So wish i had read this before i ordered.
    I see that they are relocating this weekend so it could be a few days before i get a reply, or so his message says.
    Shall let you all know what happens.

  • No, Just had a message saying that as they were relocating this weekend it would be next week before any messages would be answered.
  • Ahh, that would be right! I reckon we can wave a fond farewell to our money. The only comfort I get is that I truly believe that everything comes around and he will get his come-uppance. It may not be straight away but he will, at some stage, pay for his deceit.

    I would love to know how many people have actually received goods as the Hosting company reckon he processes hundreds of orders.
