I have not helped anyone beyond chasing up their refund with Chris, I have no magic wand (although sometimes think this would be useful). Ultimately I am powerless and simply chased up refunds with Chris the same way anyone can.
After 17th August I will not be able to continue doing this unfortunately as Chris would no longer be a client of ours so I would have no right in doing so.
Once the site has moved to its new host, there will be a new abuse contact you can use for assistance in the same way I was able to help.The Head Honcho (does very little work)0 -

What you should be saying Matt is that nobody has actually managed to get their perfume. The fact that you're still hosting this parasites website is pretty d4mn pathetic in my opinion. People will be ordering today and losing money, probably as I type this. You are in a position to stop this and have been for some time yet you don't. What you should be saying Matt is that nobody has actually managed to get their perfume. The fact that you're still hosting this parasites website is pretty d4mn pathetic in my opinion. People will be ordering today and losing money, probably as I type this. You are in a position to stop this and have been for some time yet you don't. On that note I'll stop posting to this thread. I have spent hours of my time helping people from this forum, speaking to people from this forum on the phone and chasing refunds from people. We are/were not/are not in a position to stop this, never have been, and never will be. All we did was do our best to help people gain refunds. You are obviously clueless beyond belief, thanks for ruining it for everyone here. I wish everyone the very best moving forward. Well done Warehouse for ruining it for everyone. Matt does not own the site, he simply hosts it and by helping people get their refunds is well over and above his obligations. He probably has a contract to honour in that he would have to serve notice on TPE before he can kick their site (not his) off his servers otherwise TPE could possible sue him for breach of contract. So he hasn't thrown his toys out of the pram as you suggest - an apology for your uncalled for outburst to Matt really is called for now.0 -

What a destructive post. Well done warehouse for successfully alienating Matt Wallis.
Matt has done all that he can to assist people in getting their refunds after not receiving the goods they paid for in good faith from TPE.
Despite any resentment that we might have towards 'Chris' at TPE there is nothing to be gained from having a go at Matt and I for one would like to apologise on behalf of the more sensible members on this forum for warehouse's comments.
As Matt has stated it's very difficult to accuse TPE of doing anything wrong. If TPE follow the T&C's set out on their site, which we all agree to when we make our purchase, then by rights he's not doing anything wrong. TPE are just very slow to process refunds and that's about all we can accuse 'Chris' of, that's also perhaps why we haven't had much joy from the various bodies we have approached to complain about this site (he knows his loopholes does our Chris).
I guess the morality of what TPE are doing in reality is what has annoyed us all so much and perhaps what ultimately forced Matt's hand with regard to the hosting??
If TPE does appear via another host then I wonder how long it will take for this thread to be revived??? Can I stop myself from keeping an eye out for future developements? Perhaps I should get a life and stop my moral crusade;)

My sentiments entirely kuffdam - I can't believe that after everyone was working together so well to resolve this and being very amicable, Warehouse had to come along with a foolish post like that. Incredibly bad mannered and selfish. I hope that Matt will read our two posts and consider coming back but I see no reason for him to do this as he didn't have to offer assistance in the first place.
As for your double refund - if you do get approached to return the money, please do make sure that you make Chris wait at least 60 days while you consider it0 -
