Thanks I will, I suffer from Fibromyalgia which means I can't use the oven
my husband does the cooking when he gets home as I burn myself and it means once the circles are rolled out even my teen boys can make them

Not very OS using a pie maker, but just my opinion.

Sometimes it makes me laugh what others constitutes as old school on this board.

It doesn't matter whether the OP used a piemaker or the oven. A pie maker is just a gadget after all.

    Well done OP! :T

I bought a pie maker a while back after being seduced into it by DD&D:D.But with six of us in the household I found it was just too time consuming and fiddly to do and after one attempt it languishes on top of the fridge:o.I might get it down now and give it another go and cook them in batches for the freezer rather than trying to do them at a mealtime

Sounds like something I might just consider if my stoopid paws get any worse.

I already use the food processor to wallop pastry together as I can't do it manually any more.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Don't eat that many pies to justify a pie maker.

All this talk about pies is making me hungry.
    I hate migraines.

Thats tempting - I bet it uses MUCH less electricity than the oven would. How long to they take to cook?
