good to hear some people have had some good shops today! i usually go to Team Valley, Gateshead or Arniston Centre and have had no problems. I also try to get a young lad and put other things in the basket to disguise glitches. never mind tomorrow is another day!!!

with the problem in Boots today, I put through 4 separate transactions to entitle me to what i am entitled to. Regarding not getting the pallets and lilac bag for 9.99, some you win some you lose. i will be returning them anyway now after the embarrassment i had today

I don't think you can return cosmetics, does the refund policy not exclude cosmetics?

Not as a rule.. but they will let you in some circumstances, for instance.. if you've had a bad reaction to the cosmetic..

well, some do.. the queen of crabby SA's wouldn't let me exchange a face balm cream yesterday which she decided was a cosmetic, despite my explanation that it had irritated my skin..

I forgot to say that I got my free Clinique sample from Boots today. My Mum was with me so she got one too. I see the offer has been removed from handbag.com bbut Boots are obviously still accepting the vouchers.

Another thing I keep forgetting to say. A friend on another forum printed off a 75points on a £10 spend on one AD machine then did the same from the other AD machine. Both coupons went through in one transaction. I bet most SA would refuse both coupons though but worth a try.
