Hello to the prof. Boots tarts I was just wondering when a trainee can move on to become a trained Boots tart?

Maybe we need a bootsing exam to take and hen we pass we become official Boots tarts (would like to change signature but don't know when to do it!)

I'm with Hsbc. I called them this morning as I woke up really worried, but the woman on the phone told me she could do nothing until the transactions had gone through my account and boots had take n the money. I'm now just waiting today for the transactions to go through twice, so i can take a copy of my mini statement or a photocopy of my online banking for a refund. yep ive gotta go all the way back to the out of town boots for a refund later today when my statements show the money has gone. i do definately know that ive been charged twice though, as my available balance is £30 less than it should be. i have cheques that may bounce because of this, and have drafted my letter of complaint to boots.

oooooooooooh, did you get the lilac bag even though you "paid" with a voucher? I am off to Bluewater later to redeem my £16 voucher.

Please can somebody tell me, if I do 2 top-ups of £5 each will I get a £5 no. 7 voucher or will it be treated as 2 separate transactions?

OH! I'm off to Bluewater tomorrow. Are they ok there, with returns etc.? Any advice you could give would be great. Deals, etc. Any counters to avoid... I'm getting excited!!! :j
