Just spoken to doc and although her iron is in normal range its low end of normal. A normal range is 10 to 400 (although don't know what this was for!!) and my daughters is 37 so she needs a bit more and especially cause of bleeding. They are also going to do more blood tests in a couple of months to see if this raises her hemaglobin and going to do a B12 one then and also myself. All in all a mind resting day.

Sorry to have been a complete pain. I was just worried cause of my sis and my daughter. :o

    Hi Marshallka
You've not been a pain, so do not worry about that,;).
I'm a worrier and of course when it comes to our children its only natural we worry.
Your daughter is very young, and I can totally understand how worrying all this is for you.
Well lets hope this sorts out soon then and things come right for you all.:A;)XXXX

I have a new worry now as I want to know what test should range from 10 to 400 and she is only 37. Its not the iron tests cause they are not ranges like that one???? Googling away now... I spend my life worrying. :o

Will be back onto PPI later perhaps but where health is concerned I just cannot concentrate. I know she is well in herself and I am grateful to that but just niggling things (like why she bleeds, low BP, etc etc but she does feel well and very active) that we need to get to the bottom of. There is of course the thing whereby it is normal for her I suppose...

    Hi everyone,
That poem had me in tears, it should be published and also put up in any ward or home that cares for dementia patients.

I'm glad to hear 1 worry has gone Marshallka, not so happy for you that you've found another tho. Half the time I don't think we ladies are happy unless we're worried or guilty about something. I know that if I haven't got something on my mind I feel as tho something's missing. At least it proves I have a mind and not a blank space, I suppose.

Hope you're all doing as well as could be, not stressing too much about anything and looking forward to Xmas. Have you all finished your xmas shopping yet? I've hardly started yet. There's some people around here with their inside decorations already up!!!

    Bye for now
    Karen xx
  • Its amazing how we assume everyone elses life is sorted.....the replies you all give are so wonderful and thoughtful and when we read about the stuff you are coping with it shows what wonderful people you are. More power to you all.

Awe hunni, this is so lovely.:A:Athanks so much for posting this, I appreciate this very much.
I did have a lump in my throat reading this but it certainly helps to understand that they do still have their wits about them, and of course still inside there somewhere.

This poem should be published, as I feel it would help many that are going through this with their beloved families also suffering this condition.

Thank you so much, this have actually made my night.:A
