justmake sure where ever he is going for advice is afree service sucha s the citizens advice bureaux, consumer credit counceling serive or paypla. Dont go with any serive that charges you as it can all be done for free.
I think maybe you should just try and calm down and compose yourself a bit, yes it feels like the end of the world but it really isn't , I promise. Tomorrow you can wake with a clear head and start with the practicalities of how you are oging to deal with this.
Did he take out debt in your name without you knowing? He is still the man you married, was trying to protect you by not telling you, which was the wrong thing to do...................0 -

sunny bear i did know about the loan we consolidated in january to pay off another loan an some cards.t s.b kept ringing me 4 times to say they could save me money by doing this.tsb actually said my credit rating was better than my husbands. i said how when i dont work.the lady just said thats the way it goes sometimes. so my husband went to the bank an did it on my behalf.we paid about 11ooo off anoyher loan an a couple of cards.the loan was for 15000we meant to pay 2 other cards off as well but i dont think hubby did.an now this is slowly dwindling.im so upset i hope you understand all this cos i dont yet0

It's quite common for loans to be used to consolidate other debts, I know I did it twice and each time the loan got bigger and actually didn't cover all of the credit and store cards. It's clear that this has been a massive shock for you so if we can help in any way shout up

you will come to understand it, just like we all did, I knew nothing before I came here and now I think I know quite a lot!!!
The best thing is tomorrow, sit down together and write down using the statements what you owe and to who, and whos name it is in. Then if it was me I would call the cccs and book a phone appointment with them and go over your options. They also have something called a 'debt remedy' on their website that you could fill in and see what outcome it gives?
You will be upset but you need to understand you can get through this. Get your h on here tomorrow and let him read these posts, hell understand how much hes hurt you and that you now need to work as a team to sort this.0
