Hi Col & Penny
Hope you are in a much more positive mood & its good to see you Col...its no prob to share user name but may be worth adding your name so we know which one of you is `speaking` .
I have a link below to CAB ...its a great debt self help section in particular example BR forms, how to complete them & template letters etc....loads of really good advice. They post on here too sometimes.

You have both had a tough few days & I hope you can maybe take a walk in the fresh air or go out somewhere nice & see that this is the start of the recovery process & that you can deal with this situation together & move on to a better life with out the vicious credit trap you are in.

You do not need to pay any fee to assist with your BR. Folks on here can guide you through the whole process.
The only thing you do have to prove to the judge is that you took advice prior to filing BR....and your visit to CAB is OK for that.
The BR fees to the court are laid out on this site.
Wishing you well.
