hello MP
when he comes home you need a long long chat about everything, bankruptcy is a very scary prospect and i was really ashamed of it, i felt like i had a sticker on my forehead saying BANKRUPT, but we only told close family and i dont think anyone else knows and if they do and think any less of us then thats there problem.
you need to take advice form one of the debt charities, and take each day as it comes, you will get through this, it may not feel like it right now, everyone on this forum is fantastic and will help you all they can, they give the best advice, so ask away, someone will have the answer or guide you in the right direction.
take care,
