Morning all
Sunnygirl, I always get a bad headache if I lie in, so maybe it will work for you too.
Still chilly & overcast here but I sat in the garden & drank my cuppa. We have some great tits visiting our garden, they didn't seem to like anything on the the bird table, but instead were rootling around in the hanging baskets. Another of the mystery plants from my DD is now big enough to identify & it's a hosta.
We have enough leftovers from yesterday to feed us today, we'll have sausage-inna-bun for lunch & italian chicken with salad & new pots for tea, there is also a plate full of chocolate cupcakes left if we feel like a snack. No plans for today apart from taking the lodger for a walk, as yesterday was fairly busy.
BIL is yet again lurching from crisis to crisis, nothing new there then!
Have a good day everyone.
Hugs Hester

Morning everyone :hello:
Still having a great time here. Spent a lovely time at the beach yesterday with Pink and family and had a fabulous Easter meal with my Dad and SMum last night.
Hopefully taking the children to an outdoor museum when Mr Haribo surfaces.
Hope you all have a lovely day
Haribo x
 Sorry to do this again ladies and gents but I read the end of yesterdays thread and for some reason this subject has come up again. so........
Reverbe, I am at a complete loss as to why you keep bringing up the subject of what I said to you on another thread. I was not abusive to you, nor was I nasty yet you seem to never miss a chance to mention the incident every time you post on the Daily to say that you are not posting again. It's starting to make me feel extremely unwelcome here especially if other people are going to say that they are "on your side" I wasn't aware that there were sides, just 2 posters who disagreed with eachother on another thread, one of whom who moved on and one who hasn't. If you want to discuss the content of my posts on that other thread and wish me to explain AGAIN why I said what I did, then I am happy to do so by pm.
For the sake of the thread Reverbe, please stop bringing this up and just put me on ignore. The same goes for anyone else who finds me objectionable.
And I wish you would start posting again Mrs Mix :hello:0 -
i am hoping the shops are open today we have almost run out of toilet roll  I think someone must eat it there were at least 4 rolls on saturday
I put some out this morning to find only one left despite having bought 12 rolls last week
Hester - I hope that the migraine experiment works (for us both). I tend to get them around the time of the month but they've been popping up all over the place recently. I know its been a stressful time adjusting to life with 4 children but I don't FEEL stressed so am at a lossThe doctor has me on a tablet to prevent them but they're obviously not working very well :rotfl:

Woooopeee, :j
I put a wanted on freecycle for some stone, we are restoring the stone outbuilding to turn it into a conservatory, and just had a reply from a member offering half a tonne. So all plans for weather proofing wood outside is on hold.
I love freecycle, saves money and landfill.
Off to get the trailer out.0 -

Redruby - it's a peppermint body and hair bar from purenuffstuff. I've used their products for a few years and they are good. My DS got their new eczema blend shower wash in his Christmas stocking, as well as the bar- however, he's 22 ( a good age to still get a stocking:D) and away at uni and, funnily enough, doesn't discuss products with his old mum the way DD does! However, he was down a week ago for a holiday and his skin was looking fab. I've also found an additional rinse with the WM and vinegar instead of softener helps him. I doubt if he's still doing that now though!
I've been industrious since I posted and have cleaned the kitchen and livingroom with my new microfibre cloth and I'm really pleased with it. Never used one before so I'm a convert now.
(((hugs))) to tho
Off to hoover now. I've left it (hoover) in the middle of the livingroom floor to encourage me to just browse briefly on here and it has worked. Byeee :hello:0 -
Good Afternoon All
Having a lazy Easter Monday here. I might make a hot cross bun loaf later if I find the energy.
Got a ham to cook up for dinner tonight, which will go into salads and sarnies for the rest of the week. Yesterday's roast beef will become pasties tomorrow.
Not very OS but ordered some equipment so I can do more work from home. Should be here by the end of the week. And also ordered a Christmas present - had a special voucher code from QVC allowing me to spread the cost over 3 months, which helps.
Might make some cards up later, as I continue to get ready for my stall at a summer fayre in July.
Hope everyone's okComping, Clicking & Saving for Change0
