soappie - think it was just you and me in the group hug LOL

mudbath - you know, I think I will join you in the giving up alcohol. Its rubbish for the weight loss, too expensive, gives me a woozy head the next day. Its my birthday a week tomorrow and there isnt much happening between now and then so I will go for a month too :) chin chin :rotfl:
Keep reminding me though else I will forget I have given it up :rotfl:

rose - yes asbobaby definitely enjoyed Daddy being there for tea, as did I, I make him get up to get the drinks/sauce/clean spoon instead of me when he's there :D

Dusty and greenbee - thanks for that vinegaridea, never occured to me to re use it, will try and source a nice big wide mouth jar with a lid then I can just keep it in it :)

soappie - my shoulder is under that girder helping heave it off yours (((hugs))) Don't belittle the things that worry you, doesnt matter what it is, the point it its brining you down and we're all her to give you a helping shoulder and a big ((hug))
All I will say is hubby made himself ill last year over that stupid BMX track that looks like will def be built opposite our house, he bust a gut trying to fight it, didn't succeed and made himself ill. He now has a progressive back illness, which might have come to the fore but this accelerated it. Its a great thing to want to change things, and the world needs people who feel they can, and want to, but just dont make yourself ill, thats all.

greenbee you are right - I need to plan the healthy meals for me and DH properly to help with the weight loss, planning is key

flylady_flower - he said he wanted to use MSN or phone from work (its his busness so technically we pay for it) bit I said texts only - I am not always near laptop to see MSN, I dont always hear phone so a drop call might not work. One of our handsets works but doesnt ring  and I can never work out which one it is! Must stick a red dot on it or something ......... and an actual phonecall would just annoy me if I am in the middle of doing something! thanks for the idea though, if the hosue wasnt so crazy it might just work :) Mobile is always in my pocket though.

jjef and g&b and soappie and toots and flylady_flower - thankyou, we are very proud of ourselves :o
I still pinch myself most days that we have made it this far. Our grand plan is to sell the business and pay off the mortgage. DH would still have to work but we would always have a roof over our heads and how amazing would that be. I go to sleep at night working out how to spend the money when we sell up ;) (thats when I am not rhyming off bands alphabetically) :rotfl:

Big news - asbobaby stared singing Twinkle Twinkle little star" today - cutest thing ever - I sing the first bit and then when its supposed to "How I wonder " she goes "ah wa wa" (say it you;ll hear it works) and then where it goes "Up above the world so high" she goes "a ba ba" (again say it out loud). Soooo cute :)

right I so need to get to bed but thought I would do one last post of ideas for helping tea time etc.

I am going to meal plan like crazy, and at the very worst decide in the morning what's for tea that night.
I am going to prep stuff as much as possible after lunch (this works best for me, DD2 is asleep), and make the slowcooker my best friend.

I am going to make start on tea as soon as we get in from school, so they will be eating by 5 at the latest. I can then tidy up from their tea and have ours getting ready while they all play for a while. Should get them up the stairs for 6 and hopefully both girls in bed by 630/7 and DS 7/715. This may even have knock on effect of them being more able to gt up for school without me naving to drag them out kicking and screaming each morning!

I have decided on a Friday, after swimming lessons, we come out of leisure centre at almost 6pm, I am going to make it a weekly treat to go to McDonalds for tea. Its about 2 minutes drive from the pool. I remember a friend of moine saying that the only way her friend who had 3 got through the week was fish and chops on a Friday. Well this is the same.

I have also told the older two we are starting new start charts - DS for doing what he's asked first time and for no backchat, and for DD1 its for not crying when she doesnt get her own way and alsodoing what shes asked, She turns on the waterworks be=ig style at the slightest thing: Her - "Is it sunny today ?", Me - "No, its a bit rainy", her " waaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh" tears and everything, its so loud I cant think, its obviously for attention.

    Think thats it for now!
Night night everyone, hope you all have good nights' sleep
