    Hello. I must admit I haven't read all the posts in this thread, but would anyone know where I can find the name and address (Salford or Canada Square?) for the CEO, or head of collections, of Citicards?

    Hi

    I have found 2 from another site....

    Citi Cards,
    CitiFinancial Europe plc,
    PO Box 49920,
    London
    SE5 7ZF.

    Their registered address is:

    Citigroup Centre
    Canada Water
    Canary Wharf
    LONDON
    E14 5LB

    Maybe write to the 2nd one down and address it to
    The Chief Executive Office/Manager/Director, and post by recorded delivery, you can then check the status of the delivery on the Royal Mail Website, good luck.;)

    Hello fellow MoneySavers!

    I have two loans, one with Northern Rock, the other with Nationwide. I'm at the very first rung of the ladder - sending off my "request for terms and conditions" letters!

    Firstly, I'm looking for an address for Northern Rock. The original address given on my statements was;

    Northern Rock Personal Loans
    Northern Rock plc
    Selectapost 19
    Rotherham S97 3DG.

    This has since changed to NRAM Personal Loans, at the same address. I note in the A-Z of addresses thread, that there are two Northern Rock addresses - one for Risk Management Credit Scoring (Gosforth), the other for Solar House (Sunderland). Can anyone advise what address to I should use?

    Secondly, I'm looking for an address and advice on my Nationwide loan. The original address given on statements was;

    Personal Loan Collections
    Kings Park Road, Moulton Park
    Northampton NN3 6NW

    However, this debt was taken on by Roxburghe Debt Collectors.
    Am I correct in thinking that because my agreement was with Nationwide, that I should contact them? (sounds silly but I want to be sure!).

    I note in the A-Z of addresses thread, that there are two other Nationwide addresses - one for Account Servicing (Swindon), the other a PO box address (also Swindon). Can anyone advise what address to I should use?

    Many thanks :)

    Hiya

    I did find a link to Nationwide with some details on there and how to make a complaint.
    http://www.nationwide.co.uk/contact_us/making_a_complaint/making_a_complaint.htm

    And yes even if your account have been moved on, its correct that you pursue the ones who set up and sold you the account.;)

    And some details here of Northern Rock, a link to open to make a complaint, hope this helps, good luck on your reclaiming.

    Thanks di3004!

    Just so I'm clear (sorry, it takes a while to sink in!), I should send off my template "request for terms and conditions" letters to the original addresses on my statements, and enclose my £1, giving them 14 days to respond?

    Then complain to each, enclosing the completed template questionnaire etc, using the complaints procedures and addresses you've kindly provided (step 1), before following up the complaint (step 2). And if all else fails, complain to FoS (step 3)?
