The bit with the girl was dire, terrible, cringeworthy. My kids and OH said it was terrible too and I agree, the bit in the potting shed just seemed weird and odd.

    AAAARGGHH!

Okay - what happened in the shed? I REALLY want to know....
    Go on tell PLEEEEEEEEEEEZE.

I just wish the females wouldn't appear dressed up in all these silly fashionable scarves wrapped round them. Totally impractical. Probably some graduate Media Studies producer trying to make the programme appear fashionable and arty.
That's what Alys is really like :D

    It was truly dreadful.

And far too much money spent on those raised beds. £200 each - cripes; mine cost 50p per piece of reclaimed wood
50p! Yet again you have gone down in my estimation

I could do it for half that :D

    probably

As we both sat and cringed at Gardeners World we hoped for at least one item of sanity, as the programme sank scene after scene to new depths. We dont know which was worse the lunatic with the million gnomes, the shelves on the wall or the potting shed, cringe!

We will not be watching again until Carol gets the lead and Toby goes back to presenting childrens programmes

So you think that them sitting in the shed (roughly 54:54 minutes through the program go to the Gardener's World part of the bbc website if you can't see it on iplayer) is a normal discussion?

It reminds me of the old TV program "Why don't you?".
