Right, I sat and I suffered:rotfl:The light box OMG!!! I've always wanted a large cardboard box covered in foil on my windowsill, why didn't I think of it before:eek:And, they introduced CBBEEBIES:p We're all psychic on here;)

It was nice to see Carol, but I definitely won't watch again.

I want to like it - honest I do, I used to. Perhaps a curate's egg (good in parts) a bit better in some places - then the kiddie bit - why why - they have a whole channel for goodness sake - can't we have one hour in peace??

Ye Gods ! Did we really need a long feature on Garden Gnomes?. I thought this was meant to be a serious programme.
Surely the BBC can't dumb down much further than this?

Awful, wasn't it:DI can't see them stopping though, not after laying out all that money for the big field. I hope CH4 gets its act together and gives us a programme.

I didn't see it again, I went to Mr T instead and it was empty with lots of reduced stuff, looks like I chose the correct option.

    Unbelievably bad.

If they put it out on CBeebies the kiddies would be embarrassed by 60 mins of utter rubbish. The Beechgrove Garden is an oasis of sanity, just a shame can't understand a word they're saying.

I no longer watch Gardeners World because Geoff Hamilton always taught me you don't have to throw tons of money at a garden for it to look good. The programme is a bit too free with splashing the cash for my liking.

I miss Geoff. His gardens at Barnsdale are amazing. We spent an entire day there recently and came away with more inspiration and renewed enthusiasm for gardening than Gardener's World could ever provide.

Funny thing is they have 2 women on the program who love growing from seed or propagating plants from cuttings, and one of them is passionate about it.

Yet Toby Buckland talked about saving money by going and buying baby plants.

Oh and if you can't understand what people are saying on a TV program then put the subtitles on then read and listen.

Most people speaking English whether they are from an English speaking country or not, don't have accents that are hard to understand if you bother taking the time to try and understand them.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

I watched it as is my 40 year habit, but even I was cringing, the little girl, for goodness sakes

IMO the one hour format is too long and they are desperately seeking "stuff" to fill the time slot

Next week is it's last chance for a while for me, I've already stopped watching Working Lunch, will not be much left soon
