My DFW Diary - blah- mildly funny stuff about my journey0 -
Not got much time as just popping on for a quick catch up whilst at work, but couldn't leave without sending hugs to greent. That's really awful. I can't imagine what you are going through, but I am completely disgusted by your OH's behaviour, especially as you are pregnant. I don't understand why people do this sort of thing (men and women). It must be difficult for you to make decisions when you have so much else going on at the moment. Make sure you put you and your children first and do what is right for you. x0

Greent, sorry to hear about your situation - why cant men keep it in their pants? Hugs to you and try to eat or at least get some nutrients/vitamins.
That woman! 2 things stood out - 1) she blames her size on a thyroid problem! and 2) she doesnt want to feed her kids veggies as they might become anorexic!!

Hi All
Okay so I lost my job in December - redundancy - and then found out in January I was pregnant - since then I have been claiming income based jobseekers allowance
As of July this ends and the benefit people say I need to contact the head office to find out about statuatory maternity pay?
Just rang them and they were saying about I need to get my employer to pay out and I need to inform them when I will stop working - I said to the lady "but I am not working for them anymore" and she said then she wasnt sure if I could get anything!
Now am in tears as I thought I read somewhere that I could0 -
suckers you may be entitled to Maternity Allowence as opposed to SMP as you were working for at least 13 weeks out of the last 60 week time period
Greent: sorry to hear of your situation - i'll give him a virtual kick in the nuts for you and hope that someone manages to actually do it for me!
Sparkle: she's stunning!
Ok I'm feeling really fat and fed up now! Only 8 days to my due date though so should soon be able to see my feet again and stop standing on DS1's toy cars that he leaves everywhere! I got on the scales this morning and I have put on a stone now - thank god I'm nearly at the end and shouldn't put on much more. There was too much weight to start with! Although I've not really got bigger just got a huge bump:heart2: Charlie born Aug 2007 :heart2: Reece born May 2009
:heart2:Toby born Apr and taken by SMA Dec 2012

Suckers - You may be able to claim Income Support from the period beginning 11 weeks before your expected date of childbirth and ending 15 weeks after the date your pregnancy ends.
also you may be able to get a Sure Start Maternity Grant. You must claim in the period beginning 11 weeks before the week your baby is due until 3 months after the baby is born.0 -
Thanks - its all very confusing!0

Claire - you've only put a stone on?
