There is something grossly addictive about using cotton buds to chase boogers, it's like a game! Or is it just me? :rotfl:

    I like Claina too!

Haha, I remember doing this when my lil sis was a baby! They are so slimy you have to chase them around in circles!!

Well, ASDA wasn't too bad except I am now knackered! The girl at the checkout asked if I was OK cos I was so out of breath!
ASDA doing free bags for life today which was good as I did a massive shop £63!!! But that is 12 meals worth of meat probably from Tuesday as having Beef tomorrow and leftovers Monday. Loads fruit and veg.

Didn't buy any chocolate though - got my Easter Eggs and a massive Black Forest Gateau that I took out the big freezer last night! £2.99 in LIDL - bloody massive!!

Treated msyelf to some cloudy lemonade which I am drinking in the garden. OH got garage keys so I can't get deck chairs - I'm on black leather computer chair which I dragged out here and it's getting hot!!!

I just use a normal pillow shoved under my bump and between my knees - I sleep in foetal position and am a shortie so only need a normal sized pillow!!

Registering at GP - when you register birth you should get an A4 coloured piece of paper to take to the GP. You then don't need to complete the registration form but will be asked ethnicity and what will be baby's first spoken language .....

Just on for a little or a big moan!!!

I've started bleeding again so going home for Easter dinner looks like it will be off the menu.

And i have had a doctor come and really roughly put in a line in my arm, then shout at me for jumping.

I have had a little cry and now I just want to go home. I really hate needles as it is, and i always say let me get ready so I can look away but she practically stabbed me with it and I jumped and blood went everywhere.

Im so sad and scared now im bleeding again

    Ahh, hugs Mrs Moc :grouphug:

It's awful when you r looking forward to something and then it looks like it's off! Hey, there's another 24hrs to go so maybe it will ease off a bit so you can go.

I hate doctors doing bloods - the exact same thing happened to me in A&E once. Didn't even tell me they were taking blood, I jumped and it pumped out everywhere.

Now, I tell them to tell me when they are doing it and when they have taken the needle away - I fainted once when they said they had finished and I looked as they were pulling the needle out _pale_

Hi Candice - welcome back (not that I knew you before but hey!)

Not long to go then?! Just out of interest when r u planning to start the RL tea?

I must admit I love the birth stories and they are good for OH as well - after reading MFD's story though he has refused a student midwife in case bubba gets marks on it's head!!

Aww, I'm sorry Mrs Moc. I'm sending you lots of good wishes and positive vibes. Wish there were more I could do. Do you have any good books that you can get stuck into? I love books like 'Chicken Soup for The Soul' - lots of short, uplifting stories. Perhaps send OH to the library to see if they've got anything like that?

And you have as big a moan as you'd like. Can't be easy being in hospital, but you've got us here to talk to whenever you need to (if the internet is playing ball!).

    ((Hugs))

I'm going to go and sink into a good book now as my battery almost gone on lappy and too lazy to get charger and no butler around to do it for me ;)
