GRRRR.

Swissair lost the carseat we gate-checked yesterday, along with my special airport folding chair.

And the hotel we had our wedding reception in has just called us to ask why my bank is disputing the charges they made to my account a week after the wedding without so much as informing me that there were charges outstanding. It has been six weeks since the wedding, we had a complete package including wine. The wine failed to make it to the tables (so did water, now you mention it, and the buffet itself was an hour late, not to mention our guests were ushered out of the room for an hour for no reason at all and they dropped our wedding cake) and when we pointed out the absence of wine they provided it. It seems the extra money charged to my card was to cover the cost of the wine, which as mentioned we'd already covered. Thieving barstewards. We spent well over a thousand on a lunchtime reception that they made into a farce, and they're chasing us for money that was first already paid and second not even discussed with us before they took it out of my account. They got the credit card number from the back of the cheque I'd sent them, after calling my mother to harass her for it. I'm so horrified I can't even begin to explain it.

Although I have made a long long post attempting to get there...

Sugarspun that sucks... at least your bank stopped them charging you though! Cheeky so and so's!!!
If I were you I'd send them an invoice for the cake they dropped, the hour that you were ushered from the room (say you booked it from 12 to 15 and you paid £300 for room hire... I'd invoice them for £100 for the hour you didn't get to use it) and then any other shortcomings - like any of the buffet that was missing etc
And if you think that the wine wasn't what you paid for then invoice them for that too! Evil? Moi?????

I should get round to posting another bump pic... Hubby said mine now looks as big as the pic I have from when I was in labour with Aimee... Hope not cos I've got another 4 weeks (4cm!) to grow...

Aw some lovely pics there ladies. I like bump picture, I have nothing else to compare my bump too

I did get stopped on this train this morning, Someone shocked me by asking me when I was due. Apparently she sees me everyday but has only just notice I'm pregnant. My coat must hide it very well, I didn't have it on this morning :lol

well, im going to be huge, im only 5 weeks and ive got a bump :eek: scaryyyy!!!

im so scared its all going to go wrong again though, so we are going to get a private scan in a few weeks time
