Oh workingmummy - I had this. I went from a 32C to a 34E. I'm wearing underwired bras but found that later in the day the 34 to be ever so slightly too tight but the 36 to be massive. I've got some bra extenders that give me the extra few mm I need in the back - I only use it on the smallest setting. However, I do think I will have to go back for another fitting before baby arrives - oops!0

I can only wear underwired - everything else makes 'em look saggy!!
I am 17 weeks too and am being very naughty and still wearing my 34D's although I am slightly busting out over the top.
Anyone recommend any bras that aren't underwired but don't make your boobs look saggy?!!
Nicki - I forgot u were on holiday and was wondering where you were!
Wow, what an eventful few hours and thank God for someone showing some human kindness especially at that time of day!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

I forgot to go to the midwife today and next week is all booked up. So that's me till the 29th April. But I do check my BP at home anyway and know all the warnings.
My legs and back ache as I have spent the day cleaning and abusing my washing machine, finally almost caught up with the washing! :j Even the fish tank is clean! But I need some paracetamol and a long bath tonight. Chicken is in the oven for mine and the kids dinner (DH is working till midnight) will have it with some part baked baguettes. Wonder how they make that lemon sauce the Chinese do?
Working mummy, I'm just wearing well fitting normal padded bra's (actually Asda £4 ones are most comfy for me). You can get away with it if they fit properly and the wire is around, but not pressing against the breast tissue.0 -
The last thing you want is for them to give the baby the antibiotics. They take the baby away from you, mine for 3 days. The only place they could eventually get the drip in was his foot, took ages and lots of trying. They have to be kept in Special Care and the antibiotics do have side effects. Even after the antibiotics we were warned to keep a very close eye on him for the 1st month. I sat on a ward with other mums for all that time with no baby. Please, please try to get to the hospital in time for you to have them! X
OMG the MW (and GBS laflet they give out) never mentioned anything like that, they make it sound like it isnt a big deal if you miss the 4 hr iv. Defo going to make sure i turn up early now - although if my labour is as quick as my mums i might not have 4 hrs!
If they're going to advise about keeping a close watch during the first month they should advise everyone to, as most ppl with gbs dont know they have it so their babies dont get ABs so should be more at risk!
my doc rang me half an hr ago with the urine results (finally!!) and the strep has gone (yey) and the remaining infection is ecoli so at least it will get treated properly now!!!0 -
I busted out of my 34D's in the first couple of weeks (had the horrible double-boob look!)
Currently wearing Tesco cheapie non-wired, and there's no complaints about how they look ...

ME TOO!!
I went for a nursing bra fitting last week and was told i wa a 36A --- which i was before (at least my bras are anyway). I was sure i'd gone up a cup so either i was wearing the wrong size before or they have just become fuller. It was quite embarrassing as the woman kept saying I was really quite small and they didnt stock nursing bras in such a small size...yeah thanks!
I even looked on ebay but tere wasnt much on there. ordered some 36Bs instead and am hoping i fill out a bit when the milk comes in!!0 -
I'm not in a bigger size... But I'm wearing all the bras I don't normally wear because they're too big despite being my usual size iykwim? Had to put all my fave and every day ones out of the way because I couldn't get the backs done up... Can't wait for my rib cage to shrink back down again...
Tia, you got a new machine or the old one fixed? I can't wait to clear my mount washmore... However it'll take a couple of days because my new machine takes forever to do a load! I haven't helped matters by getting all Aimee's next sized clothes out to wash either... <sigh>
Hungry now... Might do Aimee's tea early and have a sly butty before tea... Hubby's fave today.. All day breakfast... I've insisted on beans, tomatoes and mushrooms to make sure there's some veg amongst all the meat!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

My letter from the consultant says if the GBS is present in the swab but not the urine then I do not need antibiotics. It is only when it is present in both so if you are now clear in your urine sample then that's excellent, well done you and I hope to follow you. :TToo many children, too little time!!!0 -
I'm currently in a 34 HUUUUUUGE lol (I forget what size and I'm too lazy to undress to look - let's put it this way - there are 1 or 2 cup sizes left at Bravissimo before I am looking at buying custom made scaffolding...) and I can't wear underwired comfortably... I LIVE in my non-wired Bravissimo bra! It only comes off to be washed.
Have to say I don't think they look saggy in it either - but it was fitted at bravissimo and it's a £30+ bra - not a cheapie, that might make a difference too...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!
