Another vote for Tesco cheapie non-wired bras here!
I bought one a couple of weeks ago, it was a firm hold full cup, the style was called "Doris", or something equally alluring ;). It looks like something your gran would wear, however it holds everything in place! BTW, it was £5 down to £2.50 as well, bargain!

I was measured at 18 weeks in Mothercare and was told my cup size had gone down . I was a 38E, but was measured at 42DD, when I tried on what they suggested it literally hung off me (and my b00bs were sweeping the carpet!) So the assistant said she must have measured me wrong and gave me a 40DD to try, which does fit me better, however a 38DD has a lot more support for me.

Working mummy, I'm just wearing well fitting normal padded bra's (actually Asda £4 ones are most comfy for me). You can get away with it if they fit properly and the wire is around, but not pressing against the breast tissue.

The wire does fit all around, and is not pressing into any breast tissue. They were only £7.50 each and the wire is quite thick and rigid. May need to try some others, do they do sizes such as 34F in Asda? May also have a look at ebay, see if i can get a non-wired one and see how i go.
Can't for the life on me think what i did when i was pregnant last time, don't think they ever got this big.

Yes I have packed a bag for me and one for bubs! I have a little trolley case and in that there is a separate bag with all my labour bits in.

    So in labour bag I have;

Bikini Top (hoping for a water birth, Tom think the suitcase and bikini top are very funny!)
    Black Nightie
Thick socks (just in-case no water birth)
    Lip balm
    Massage oil
    Refreshing Wipes
    Flannel
    Evian spray thingy
    Tissues
    Hair bobbles/Grips and Clamp
Ipod just in-case Tom has to go somewhere
    Fox’s Glacier Mints

    In suitcase I have;

    2x pjs
    Light dressing gown
    slippers
    5x knickers
    Bra
    3x pair’s breast pads
    1x pack boots maternity towels
    1x pack always silk towels
    Towel
    Bag of toiletries
    Outfit to wear home
    Glasses and contact lens stuff

Camera is on charge *must remember to pack*
    Plastic bag for ‘messy stuff’

    For bubs

    3x vests
    3x sleepsuits
    Going home outfit inc coat

thanks, i think i have most of that in already - just need to transfer to a case rather than have 2 holdalls. also overpacked baby clothes as i couldnt decide which outfits to take. (each one with matching hat - therefore i have about 5 hats packed!! lol)
decided to take baby oil rather than ann summers massage oil, oh and taking a pack of cards too for entertainment - did suggest to DH that we take scrabble but hes not taken by the idea.

See, that's why I have so little faith in getting measured professionally - I actually found the self-help on Figleaves website the best way of working out how to change size (band and/or cup) to fit me.

Only place I'll trust to measure me now is Bravissimo :) Possibly small independant shops too but never ever M&S, La Sensa or Mothercare - not that any of them do my size anyway but they have been stuffing me in EEs for years - now I have proper fitting bra's I can see they were giving me totally the wrong sizes and no wonder I had neck and upper back problems for so many years - since getting properly fitted bra's that's gone :)

Krystal, old one :D Ordered a new pump from ebay and DH fitted it today, aint he clever? It's got a whole new lease of life, and we are 26p up from all the change that was in the old pump!

Workingmummy, asda ones do go up to an E size (I'm 38E). Cheap and chearful. Up till I was about 16 weeks I was really uncomfortable in a bra at night, it has eased off now though, they have went soft again. Like a padde done as my little fellars stand to attention day and night though.... :rotfl:

Found a recipe for the chinese lemon chicken sauce, so I'm for some of that with my roast chook :D

My letter from the consultant says if the GBS is present in the swab but not the urine then I do not need antibiotics. It is only when it is present in both so if you are now clear in your urine sample then that's excellent, well done you and I hope to follow you. :T
i've been told that it showing in the urine at anytime during the preg means you are a carrier (ie in the vagina) and need abs during labour anyway despite whether the infection is still present in the waterworks.
