    Skint.

    Not debt-busting.

Putting off Ebaying and using the postal strike as an excuse :D

    I have winter laziness.

    Hi all

I keep promisimg myself some time to see where I've got to - I *think* that might up the motivation a bit :D What I do know is that the snowball calculator is giving me 24 months to my DFD; and since DH just had his 49th bday, I've got approx half that time to get DF :mad::mad:

That should be motivation enough - just sold something on ebay for £20; I WILL get in the spare room & sort out some more things to sell. I have some things suitable for Halloween (& some proper kilts for Hogmany too!) & every year I miss listing them at the right time, cause I can't find them amongst all the junk... I need a kick start

    Anybody up for a challenge??

I am absolutely rubbish at ebay listing so will gladly take up any challenge, with the added advantage that I will fail miserably and make you look angelic :A The ebay box is eyeing me up as I type!

Ticker update. Not good news. Gone backwards and loads, but should look much better start of next year. DFD will not be as bad as it looks on the sig atm though.

Tirlittan, the path to DFB never did run smooth! My ticker is backwards and forwards like nobody's business, we will all get there in the end.

When did we move to the diaries board then? Didn't notice that one!

OK I am up for this - I found myself thinking; well postal strike etc etc - any excuse NOT to to do it. But quite frankly we have rooms stuffed to the rafters with junk, some of which can certainly be e-bayed & I have no excuse at all! So here it is in writing - I am eBay listing on Sunday, will aim for at least 10 items - if you care to join me & will commit to a certain amount listed, please do! And then, instead of re-spending the money on more stuff on eBay, I aim to actually use it to pay off some debt. My DFD is my DH's 50th bday which is next 29th Sept, the SC tells me it will take me 25months.....oops:eek:

Still haven't added up the amount we have paid up - but on a quick fag-packet calculation, looks like about £25000 we have paid off since I did the snowball calc in Feb09 :eek::eek: So we can do it!! BTW - haven't found the Halloween stuff yet - but have found the Kilts:rotfl:Now to put them somewhere accessible ready to sell at the right time:rolleyes:

Good luck all, forward steps & backward steps at least we are focussed
