Another small £6 off today, dont know if i can keep up daily payments but only £264 left on next cc now! Will be (hopefully) getting a cheque for £100 in the post in the next few weeks and only about £7 to go on onepoll before i can cash out so i am really hoping to have this debt cleared by next payday which is 28 may, then i can start on another one with my wages, joy??!!

I've just updated my figures and I am £1,199.72 less in debt than on 1 April. Woo hoo! That is well over the £620/month I need to pay off to hit my target and be debt-free at 50.

I've added a line to my spreadsheet showing where I need to be each month to hit the target. It's a huge boost to get ahead in the very first month. I hope I can keep this up.

:j:jyay for unexpected cheque!:j:j Pay it off a CC and enjoy the saintly virtous feeling:A

I'm in a quandry. I was planning on overpaying £110 of one of my CC's. But I really need a new jacket/coat type thing for warmer weather. I have unfortunately got too fat for all my other jackets and I'm stuck wearing a winter coat or nothing at all :(
    I'm considering spending £30-ish on a jacket.

Can someone please convice me £80 is still a reasonable overpayment? I really need a jacket and all my other money is budgeted out... :(
