Morning all!
LondonAndy and cashless_wonder you are both now added to the list. Welcome!
I'm really pleased that so many people have joined this challenge - I would never have expected 35 members when I started it. I was just looking to motivate myself into being debt-free by 30
We're all here though and everyone is sounding really motivated, so hopefully we can do it!0 -
A loan payment has been made today, so I am now £214.97 less in debt than I was yesterday :jSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Morning folks!
Just had a rude awakening this morning...not sure how it took me so long. My big cc debt is a substantial amount but have just realised (although, I always new, just didn't think about it - maybe it's looking at it this early in the morning...) that I am paying over £100 in interest - at this rate I will NEVER pay it off!
I have tried to get a 0% interest card recently, but was declined. My other card has a short lower rate but goes up in November and I won't be able to transfer all of my balance...
Anyone got any fabulous ideas?!?!

Just found out i can overpay on one of my loans, hadnt looked into it before as i could never afford to overpay so it wasn't an issue. this loan really hasn't got much on it, but instead of paying a rubbish £20 per month, and be finished next may (2010), i can now get it paid in approx 4 months, maybe sooner with all the PaDing i'm trying to do.
:j:j:j
I'm so pleased. This should also then have a knock on effect on my total DFD. but won't speak too soon.
Have a good day all
