Has anyone recently changed the strings on this guitar. If so how easy is it to do and can you recommend some strings off ebay?

    thanks

If you mean on the original Ebuyer guitar its pretty simple. Just unscrew the rectangular panel from the back, thread the strings through from the back of the guitar body to the front and up to the pegs at the end. Once you start to wind the pegs the strings will hold in place then its just a case of tuning it.

As I mentioned in my earlier post no.201, the Ernie Ball Super Slinky are decent strings, many players' favourites, and are usually easily available on Ebay. Cheaper if you get sets of 3 or more.

As for how to do it, the basics are that you take the plastic backplate off, undo the strings from the winder end, and they come out through the backplate you have removed - there's a small brass ring at the end (called a "ball" on the link here) which sometimes gets stuck! One of the main things is not to take off all the strings at once - do them one at a time. Anyway, this guy explains it all much better than I could.....
