im in financial difficulty at moment , partly my fault, couple of things have occurred , as expecting monies from late fathers estate went a bit ballistic with expanding debts , the monies have still not yet materialised so now find myself over stretched , also my daughter has went off to uni so have dropped about £250 in tax credits and family allowance. I am on my own with kids , father doesnt contribute as at the time we seperated he paid off a joint loan and i agreed that he didnt contribute. anyway , would i have a case for hardship in your opinion.. I am in the process of setting up a DMP with CCCS. I am in fulltime employment and my salary hasnt gone down .. help.. the refund of bank charges now would be a real help ... i am in unauthorised overdraft as one of my creditors has taken monies via guaranteed cheques and nothing i could do to stop cheque even though i set up a stop £10 per cheque (5 cheques) . I have made the bank aware of my financial issues Need advice0

I know its only a small amount but £98 is a lot for us as I only work part time due to looking after my daughter and this really helps so I just wanted to let people know that its still possible to get something with relatively no hassle so don't let the legal battle put you off.
