Good to see, almost 2 years on, you now appear to have been offered a refund of £280 plus £10 forthcoming fees. :T

Please use the refund wisely and, more importantly, discuss with your bank how you can minimise/eliminate the ongoing bank charges it appears you continue to incurr.
