I had the confirmation email 'Thank you for your order' saying "Your order has been processed and will be despatched shortly". But haven't been contacted since.
No cancellation or anything.

Have just checked on my credit card and it isn't showing up anywhere! Like the order never happened. But it definitely went through at the time and I got the confirmation email!

Think it's a it rude of them to confirm it and then never even let me know they've cancelled it.

Mine still shows as being processed too.

I ordered on the 7th April, after putting the bed in my basket the day before.

I purchased mine on the 6th april, and havn't heard anything other than the confirmation e-mail,
so i just phoned my c'c company today and they said the money was taken on the 6th and put back on ,on the 9th, without a word from freemans,

very rude of them i think, when were they planning on letting me know.

This is exactly the same as my order.

mine is still showing as being processed. I opened an account with them though. Have not had any more emails from them though. I ordered on 6 April and it said delivery within 12 days not going to hold my breath though.

I honestly don't think anyone will get these (worse luck) they don't seem to be sending emails just cancelling the orders, I also had an account with them, they are an odd company to deal with, I sent something back once and although they admitted they had received it (by the receipt number from the courier) it took weeks for them to sort it out

You are probably right, but don't worry, it saves you having to replace it in a years time. You can use the money to buy a decent make.:T:T:T
