I was browsing the Freeman site this morning and my Anti-Virus software was reporting of the followings.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 7.0

The requested URL is infected with Trojan-Downloader.JS.Iframe.aqo virus

No email yet but just went on my freemans account and it now says cancelled. Oh well!

I think this just shows that the cancellations are due to human intervention (prompted by the ringers)and not the system realising the misprice, the system is processing it as normal it has no idea, it will require an SA to manually go onto each account and stop the order and process a refund (my opinion is based on my experience as an ex Littlewoods manager).

Mine has changed from "being processed" to "cancelled " now but still not received an email so it looks as though they are going through and cancelling them, never mind it was worth a try

Money taken out on 8th but no cancellation email as yet. Seems peeps over on HUKD are planning to go to town on freemans should they cancel..

Don't want to worry people who have had money taken but just read this. If they are going to definitely cancel orders, it may be time to start phoning!!!
