I know some people phoned up prior to ordering to confirm price - the ones who got an response saying that it was correct - did anyone get a name from the person they were talking to?

PS Have contacted Consumer Direct for their take on the situation - will post when I hear back from them

mine is 'being processed' and i was one of the very last to order, i also opened an account so not too hopeful !

Shame as i REALLY need a new mattress,

Checked bank, £153 taken out yesterday. No cancellation email as yet. Didn't open an account, so can't check online as to whether it's 'being processed' or not. Fingers crossed!!

Oh no!! I opted to open a new account to benefit from the additional 20% off - payment has been taken from my credit card today - my account is now open, but NO orders are showing under my account. No phone call either.

Darn it - I was starting to get my hopes back up following this morning's success story!!

the lady i spoke to said no orders will show after 10hrs, if payment took i think some of maybe lucky enough to get one fingers crossed xxxx

You CAN log into your account.
I also did not open an account so paid with a debit card. I can still log into my account as when i paid i had to use an email address and a password.
There is nothing in my order list so am fearing the worst. But Freemans have not emailed me since i got my confirmation so i can still hope.

Now that payment took you can ring an ask for average delivery date ?

I ordered, opened an account and my order is there and showing being processed, I got a welcome pack from Freemans this morning also, not opened it yet however as don't want OH to know i've ordered bed, ooops.
Will do a recon mission and let you know what it says.
