we have been charged also.... but freemans account shows nothing at all...
my card was visa electron. guess we will have it back very soon..... when things look too good to be true they usually are..... i didnt get the dishwasher either lol.... maybe just maybe one day i will get a bargain.1. I can understand newbies doing it but not the experianced ones :rolleyes:
The people I feel sorry for are the OP's who end up having their order cancelled too because they had the heart to let others know about it.
It has taught me a lesson in the past that if I was lucky enough to stumble on a similar deal myself the last thing I would do is post it on here untill I had received it
No doubt this thread will go the same way as the B&Q Garden Office and Asda TV's and recently B&Q Zanussi Dishwashers etc etc etc. The orders will be cancelled, people will get upset after money taken from accounts, legal action will be threatened, screenshots will be taken, people will be phoning CAB's and getting in touch with local MP's............

I paid by debit which probably won't go through.
It won't be long before somone posts that they have recieved theirs and then everyone will want to know why some have recieved them and not others :rotfl:

I hope people get their beds but I don't think its going to happen. Did anyone get the littlewoods bed a while back? Money was taken, talk of suing them etc....what happened there? As far as I know no one got anything..it fact I still havent had a cancellation email yet!:rotfl:

Just thanked you instead of quote doh.
They have worded that email very poorly. When a company takes an order the transaction is processed on your card usually at the time of ordering, the actual funds dont leave your bank account immediately it sometimes takes up to 5 days, I would check with your bank if the transaction was processed after the cancellation because its likely they had already processed the sale before cancellation took place, they cannot reverse it at this stage.
