Not had my email yet and neither have they taken my money, oh well with the amount of people that probably ordered, it will take them a while to get round to me I suppose!!!

Reminds me of the B&Q dishwasher fiasco, I missed out on that as well!

Try logging in to your account if you're a new customer. I paid by debit card but have still been rejected even though I never wanted an account. And I had an email saying the bed would br delivered in 12 days.

You haven't been on here long enough to have seen mis-prices in the past that have been honoured.What we are saying is the sooner people phone up then more people won't get that mis-price if it is honoured:)
It does make a difference now and again

I opened an account too (for the same reason) and it is currently 'pending approval'

I agree. Its happened loads of times, and is why I, and probably many others, are sometimes reluctant to post grabbits, or wait until we've received them before posting. To me it seems just common sense???

I dont understand your . Surely if you paid by debit card you wouldnt be able to log in anyway as you dont have an account with them? Or did you get a second email about your order?


I also didnt create an account but paid by debit card. I then got an email from 'sarah[EMAIL="Gibbs@Freemans'"]Gibbs@Freemans'[/EMAIL] saying that my order is confirmed and will be despatched shortly. I havent got any word since so am i right in understanding that everything is ok so far? Shouldnt i get another email if Freemans are cancelling or refusing my purchase?

I havent tried to log in as i didnt create an account.
