I'm after some non-medical advice please

Benjamin seems a little constipated and pooing and pumping seems to be causing him a bit of distress (its yellow and his last one was quite watery).

Is it likely to be something I ate? I know that I shouldn't need to avoid much but I remember you telling caz to cut something out at one point that worked...

800 cal a day - brilliant! Can I keep b/f'ing til she's an adult?!? When i'm feeding her, and I ask OH to get me a cup of tea and a handful of jaffa cakes, i will pass on this useful fact to him!

Don't know if it was this but she did suggest cutting out squash Anything with artificial colours - but I think that was to do with a baby not settling at all

Thanks MrsT - I don't drink squash so that's not it! He did really struggle when we went out for a chinese when he was 6 days old (he's a little socialite my boy!!) so I have steered clear since then.

thanks ladies well im having to go back to the chaos am so missing you lot pmsl! on the plus side my house is clean, got plasterer in next week to finish off and im having to get off my bum and do things!

it was squash MFD poor littl man hope he gets better soon. Erin is like a little tank think she is goint to take after charlie! his roughness doesnt bother her in the slightest either:D speak soon xxx
