Tia - congrats on team pink - we seem to have a run of boys recently.

Tia - Yay, thats great! Hope the small prob isn't anything to worry about. How lovely to be on team pink!

I'm back from appointment. Had internal, not dilated yet, but cervix is soft and thin, and according to her, I'm very likely to be in latent labour! She said likely 24 to 48 hours from now, but MW was less optimistic and said I should be prepared for a three week wait!

Blood pressure was up (152/99) so went up to DAU, where it came down to 129/69. Trace was fine, bloods fine, urine fine. Some bleeding after internal and activity showing on the monitor. Exciting!

    Glad everything is fine!
I really wish healthcare proffessionals would not give their opinions on when your gonna be in labour, cos according to everyone i've seen my baby should of been here ages ago! and it just gets my hopes up
But your cervix being soft is a good sign, so the race is definately on hehe
So is he fully engaged now?
I cant stop going for a wee, so i'm hoping thats a good sign, I literally got up about 6 times last night, oh well it's preparing me for the waking nights i guess!

I hope no one minds me barging in unannounced :)

I'm only 15 weeks pregnant but as my clothes are getting uncomfortable I've been looking at maternity clothes already. But I just can't figure out how trousers and jeans are supposed to fit! I've tried several different brands but I find a 10 to be a little too small but a 12 feels way too big. I know I need growing room, but how much? Even if I stick my tummy waaaay out, it doesn't feel like I will ever be able to hold up a pair of 12s! For under the bump trousers, should they fit 'normally' to start with and then the stretchy panels will accommodate the bump later on? If that's the case, I have no hope!

Well we had some crap news today, OH has lost his job, they tried keeping him on but they couldnt so we are a bit up the creek as regards money now, dont know what we'd be entitled to if anything so will do a little calculation on entitledto.com :(
Am even more gutted cos I just had to shell out £116 for a new exhasut on my car today too!

Yup, fully engaged - very painful going over speed bumps!

I'm happy with what they've said, I just wanted to know if this is 'something'. I know it could possibly stop or take a long time from here, but I know I'm not imagining it, and thats made me feel a lot better!
