Thank you to everyone for your support over the past couple of days.

Sadly this bean wasn't meant to be & I lost the baby late last night. I have to say I was completely unprepared for the reality of what it would be like. There were a lot of tears but once I passed the baby I have to say I felt almost relieved, as it was better than the not knowing in a way.

I hope everyone has a healthy happy pregnancy/birth & that I will be joining you again soon.

Morning chickadees :) Just had to get dressed in a rush as the window cleaners were here :rotfl: last thing they'd want to see I'm sure is a fat pregnant lady waddling round like a hippo half in the nude ;)

Random: Just saw a trailer on tv for the new "witchmountain" film... anyone remember the originals? :D I saw the originals when I was a kid lol - but this one I might watch because it has the Rock in ;) And I'm a tiny bit partial to him hehehe

Slept a litte better last night - still not great but at least I didn't feel totally bombed this morning... Did have about 3 or 4 pillows propping me up and that seemed to help.

Nikabella - sorry to hear it was bad news :( Give yourself a break of a couple of months to just be the two of you and enjoy eachothers company... let your body recover and then when you're ready I am sure you'll be back on the Pregnancy list in no time :)

Feely hope you are ok and that either the crampy things have stopped OR you are in the delivery suite already :)

Hugs to everyone else who needs them :)

Elle....sorry forgot to say...when i had my 25 week check up with the MW she couldnt tell me what was what.....she said they were still a bit small to tell.

I thought bump was going to decide to come out thorough my stomach last night. I was lying in bed and almost jumped out as she pushed against my stomach so hard it felt as tho she was coming through it!!!

Hi, wife is in week 5, and we haven't a clue whats going to happen.

has anyone got a sort of checklist/calendar of pregnancy?
ie: what you should do? and when?
    week x - 1st scan
week x - apply for xx
    week x - 2nd scan

Also, can my wife get free prescriptions now? Does she need to prove she is pregnant?

Finally, at what point should you let people know you are pregnant?
like parents? friends? work? i'm bursting to start telling people.

i'm excited & scared at the same time!!

shoudl i like buy a book about pregnancy? or just be more relaxed about it all, and go with the flow?
