  • I got 3 nice organic 'posh choc's', original price over £5 a box each, reduced to £2.50 each.
Took them to manager at CS and he gave me all 3 for my £3.99 voucher.
Very impressed, not opened them yet, they are in the chocolate mountain just waiting.

I can't fault Waitrose either - their customer service is second to none in my experience. Thanks to the OP BTW!

They had run out when I tried to redeem my voucher....the manager had a stock of alternative chocs waiting at customer services so I ended up with a box worth £6.50 :j

I'm losing faith in MYWaitose. Research shows that they have not sent me 5 of the recent vouchers.I joined in Summer - got the pasta and trout ones. Then didnt get the kebabs, macaroons. Got the Pizza but not the mince pies, chocolates or bakery/croissant items.

thats a 3 in 8 ratio... most ppl from looking at this board and Waitrose own seem to get all of them

I had the pasta voucher and then the rainbow trout which I was unable to use as I am allergic to fish, missed out on loads of others so I contacted them and was asked to re-submit my address and they sent me a £5 John Lewis voucher by way of an apology but I haven't received anything else since:mad:

When I used my money off voucher in Waitrose - I mentioned the Panel and the assistant told me that Waitrose weren't even sure if they were going to continue with it.

I've had the same experience. I wonder if they are restricting vouchers to certain areas? I haven't heard any of my friends in london receive any recently either. No vouchers since the rainbow trout one. I think something is definitely up with their customer service and its quite dissapointing.
