Dont know whether ive seen a post on this, so thought i will mention it.
Waitrose are offering free tea, coffee, latte and more..check website (excludes hot choc though, which is a shame) for mywaitrose card holder customers only. (so sign up to get the freebie)
I only realised when i went yesturday to do my shopping and they had posters all over.
What to do
Go in store, at the tills and get the temp mywaitrose card and register it online and you just show it at the tills. (temp cards valid til end of march)
i have tried it and it works, some staff scan the card some just look at it, so give it ago! its worth £1.80-£2 depending upon the store!
good luck!0 -
You can also get a free newspaper if you spend over £5.00 in store. Can't remember which news papers it s tho.
You can also take your free drink as a take away0 -

Are these cards like Tesco loyalty cards? Do you hand them over at the checkout for points or something? No restaurant in my waitrose, so no free coffee! Wondering if they have any other benefits please?0 -

They are not the same as Tesco clubcards as you are not given points.
At every shop, they take off 1p (yes 1p) from your shopping but apart from the free drinks (if you have a restaurant) and the free paper (if you spend £5), you can also qualify to go in the monthly draw where they give someone the cost of their shopping for that month/year. The prize for that can be as much as £5K .
Also means you can enter online competitions - I won 2 in quick succession last year - a day's cookery course & tickets to Twickenham:j.
They also send you vouchers to try new products from time to time - e.g. at Christmas the voucher was for a Heston Blumenthal tart.0 -
^ I've also won from one of their competitions - 3 family sized desserts
Though used to prefer the old version of the scheme where we got quite a few vouchers to try things.0 -
Does anyone know if they're still taking new people on the testing panel? Just looked on their site (from my phone) and couldn't find anything.0
