Got mine today! Only do top up shops there too as they are more expensive - they price match to Sainsburys which in my view is more expensive than Tesco and Morrisons.

Not sure if this isn't off topic for this thread but, as others have mentioned it...

I used my MyWaitrose card today, with much confusion to the cashier, who wasn't sure what to do with it!

'What's it for?', she asked. I told her I'd received it only yesterday, and I believed it to be recording the shopping that customers buy, so that marketing can be suitably targeted.

She called over an assistant, who was a little more savvy, and told her to scan it. Turns out you get a massive 0.01p off your shopping! Buy, buy, buy! :D

Well worth signing up for, especially if you frequent the Competitions Time forum (like me), as there are some that require you to enter your card number to qualify your entry.

I had an email the other week saying there would be a surprise coming as they hadn't been in touch for a while, this must be it! Shame I didn't get anything in the post today though!!

Its not really worth it as its only 5p off so many ltrs, my OH filled the car but only got £1.25 off due to the limit

Do you mean you get 1p or 0.01p (a fraction of a penny)? Still not alot either way but just wondering what 0.01p would show as when taken from the bill!

OK I'm assuming that if you haven't had yours yet then there's no need to worry as just went in to check and its showing I'm a member but still no sign of a card
