Got my voucher yesterday too - the OP and Waitrose are both simply marvellous!

After signing up several weeks ago and hearing nothing, I was really surprised to receive a voucher for the croissants yesterday. I braved the snow and picked some up from my local Waitrose this afternoon and am really looking forward to trying them tomorrow morning for breakfast. :j

Well I received this reply to my email:

Thank you for your e-mail.

I am sorry to learn that you have not been receiving vouchers from ‘My Waitrose’ as expected and I hope you will accept my apologies for the disappointment caused by this matter.

We are aware that there are some problems with the database that holds the information for ‘My Waitrose’ and that a small amount of our customers have not been receiving the mailings as expected. Unfortunately we have been informed that we are awaiting a system upgrade in order to correct this problem, I regret that at present we are unable to advise when this will take place. We would be grateful if you would contact us towards the end of February with your full postal address so that we can update you and amend our details as necessary.

Once again please accept my apologies for the disappointment caused.

guess what I just received in the post? a voucher for 6 mini croissants.

My local Waitrose don't stock the mini croissants. I don't like them enough to drive to one further away so am not sure what to do. Perhaps I should ring them.

I got my voucher today and went to the local Waitrose to pick them up. I didnt read it closely enough though and never realised they were frozen! Ah welll ... got until the 21st to get them. They do sound fabulous!
