Thanks will do in the am.. I am fed up of Customer Services telling me it's ok, they dont know what went wrong, I am on the list, they have all my correct details and that they will make sure I get them in future and then I dont... This has happened now a total of 5 times...:mad:

Waitrose will let you use this against something else if they have no stock. Just pick another meal same value. Just ask before getting to the till. I've done it 3 times now in different stores.

Hi all, I received my voucher today and excitedly rushed off to Waitrose. Looked around for a while with no luck, asked a very helpful SA who looked then went to her manager, who says it's a brand new market range being stocked as of tomorrow.............I will be there 9.50am after dropping daughter at school.

Received the moussaka/piripiri chicken/cottage pie voucher after I had give up all hope on Waitrose! No answer from customer service for over a month now despite several emails. Anyway, I got one this time

Think ive been quitelucky,only signed up before xmas but had some crossants and also like you received the voucher below that you mention worth £5. Perfect free tea

I recieved my voucher yesterday. I went in today and got the lamb moussaka, i was hoping it would be vegeterian as i prefer that to the lamb version, but never mind, its still free

When i got there (just after 11am) they had put all the food out and they were just putting the price tickets on the shelves.

I got my OH's free cottage pie which he is getting for dinner tonight.

Still haven't received my voucher though. The lady in Waitrose was not very pleased that I was getting a free item though, should have seen her face! And then she didn't say thank you or give me a token for the charity boxes. I stood there looking at her and the charity boxes and she saw me but thought I would just leave it. Pity as I do like what Waitrose are doing with the charity boxes.
