Nothing for me either. I sent the customer service a few e-mails but they haven't replied to me once. Very disappointed.

Nothing for me either - I have given up with their customer service dept it sucks so now I refuse to set foot in Waitrose, that's a customer they have lost.

Horace I feel the same. IN the eight tokens that have been sent out since I joined last summer, I have had THREE of them. Every time I call customer services they say yes you are on the list, we dont know what went wrong, we will put you down as to be sent everything in future... doesnt happen

Anyone received the cottage pie/moussaka/per per chicken voucher yet?

I can't find it in store anywhere! If someone's found it, could you tell me if it's fresh or frozen and what the box actually looks like?

I registered my OH for the waitrose panel, as got so fed up with not getting vouchers, and a voucher turned up this morning for him, but I haven't had the latest one yet.

Is it worth doing for you two? partner, brother, sister at same adddress?
